It’s officially the last day of this 30-day daily blogging challenge. It’s honestly passed by a lot faster than I thought it would. I totally started it on a whim so it’s coincidental that it ends just before Christmas Eve (that is, if I haven’t accidentally missed any day!).
Have I learned anything profound about myself on this journey? Well, there hasn’t been any super eye-opening breakthroughs or anything, but it’s been good to know I’m actually capable of writing a little bit everyday and stringing coherent sentences together even when I’m half asleep. It’s also been gratifying to get out all the thoughts I’ve stewed on for so long but never got round to putting into blog posts, such as the topic of dream control. Writing daily was also good practice in writing more freely and not censoring myself.
No doubt it has been challenging to find the discipline to sit down and write every single night for the last 30 days, but it hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be. I’ve learned I’m not as lazy as I think I am! From here, I definitely plan to keep writing and developing this blog, especially since the kids are a bit older and more independent now.
Thanks for following me on this journey, even if just for part of it before you got bored of me 🤣 Have a very Merry Christmas, everyone! I’m off to try to resettle Miss 4.5 who fell asleep in the car on the way home from dinner earlier and is now up at midnight…a mum’s job never ends!
The 30-Day Personal Blog Challenge is a challenge to myself to consistently blog about my daily life for 30 days.
